The product is free for a fair evaluation. This pillow is very soft and provides firm support. The coating is soft and seems durable (although I've only had it for a few days so time will tell). All in all, this is a pretty comfortable pillow that, if you stuff it right, will give you a good night's sleep. The pillow is well packaged. The instructions say to put it in the dryer for 15 minutes, after which the pillow gets quite big. The hardest part for me with this type of pillow is getting the right amount of filling. The biggest downside I see with this is that the zipper for adding or removing the filling only goes about halfway through the pillow and sometimes gets stuck trying. unpack. The small hole makes it difficult to add or remove pads. This ends up being a bit impractical, though, as it's probably something you won't fiddle with once you're in the mood. I'd like to point out that sleeping on my stomach, at least if I have every right to sleep on my back, isn't exactly right for me. So if you're the type who likes to switch positions occasionally, this could be a factor for you. One more note, the pillow doesn't seem to have any extra filling (although I don't see the need for more) but I prefer a thinner pillow anyway so this wasn't an issue for me.
