Review on Braun Series 8 83M Replacement Foil and Cutter Cassette for Enhanced Performance by Gary Parker
Worst Braun product I have used in over 40 years.
Neither the original knife block nor its replacement will be acceptable. The new series 8 shaver became dull 3/4 months after purchase. Lasts a few more months of a close shave and finally decides to invest $49 in a "genuine" replacement Braun cutting unit. Unfortunately a slight improvement and after 3 months exactly the same scenario. Braun should pull itself together and send in replacement units on a quarterly basis. For a $200 razor, this is clearly not enough.
