I like how they take an analytical approach to solving problems, as well as their ability to listen closely then provide solutions for our needs. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of business development including marketing/sales strategy & operations management. Their process has helped us identify areas where we need improvement or new ways forward with existing processes - both internally within ourselves (i.e., team structure) but also externally by working more effectively across departments / clients. We have been able to develop some key strategic initiatives which will help drive future success at this stage of my career!
