Its impossible to use it, dont waste your money.

I don't recommend these headphones at all. They cost 17k, but they broke after a year of careful and careful use, I still have a4tek for 1.5k. Razer service is comparable in low quality only with Thermaltake support. There are no authorized service centers in 2022 and everything has to be sent by mail, spending money. I do not recommend Razer in any form, neither headphones, nor mice, nor perhaps even keyboards.

Build quality. My cheap Chinese plastic of these headphones collapsed and the left ear cushion fell off. I contacted Razer, they said not a warranty case After a year of use, they often began to lose signal, fully charged and lose signal as if I had gone outside. Once it was that the sound went only either through the Game channel or through the Chat channel, if you put system sounds on one of them, the second one will work, and the first one will have white noise, but loud. To any problems support Razer answers "have you tried to connect to another device?"
