I ordered this watch for my special needs son who needs help remembering to go to the bathroom. It worked great and allowed him to have 8 vibrating timers per day to remind him. But then, after a month of daily wear, the pin holding the bracelet to the dial began to come loose. It's easy enough to go back, but now it's happening every single day! Weed defeats the purpose when I pick him up from school and the watch is in his backpack, 2 each. I was hoping to return it and exchange it for another but it's been 2 months since I bought it, and there doesn't seem to be a way to return it. I'm disappointed as I spent $40 on it and it only worked as it should for a month. Update: After I wrote this review, the company contacted me and was very helpful in resolving this issue. They ship brand new watches as well as replacement parts for existing watches. If all of this happens as expected, we will be ready. My son will be happy to get his watch back.
