use the right amount before I start! If it says 0.5 oz, convert it to ml (14.7 ml). Use THIS to make a gallon and you won't have this problem from the person who posted all the pics. My rating: I hesitated to buy it because everyone complained, but I'm happy! So I just use a regular earring to soak up 15ml of concentrated water and pour it into a large gallon container. From there I slowly pour in the water otherwise it makes a bunch of foam and then you have to leave it there. And all! you pour it. Well, to be honest, you know it's concentrated, so it stains hands, but not permanently. I got my hands dirty and it took 2 days max but that was because I spilled it and it was an accident on my part. I made over 6 gallons and this is for all my 4 cars!
