For better results, sit in a higher chair

I feel like I'm in a spa! I love it and when I'm done my legs are so soft. What I would change is the ball in the middle because I have trouble getting on my feet which are taller than most size 11 women. Be sure to sit in a higher chair to get the full effect achieve.
