Loud, NOT quiet and non-sweeping

Wanted a quiet sweeping clock for my bedroom and based on the description I thought this clock would fit. While it looks beautiful, it is absolutely not a quiet or classy style. The mechanism rattles constantly. While quiet, it's very annoying at night in a quiet room. I come back as he falsely claimed it was sweeping and quiet hours, it wasn't.
