I like that it has many different features as well as multiple applications for marketing campaigns in every field of business imaginable including mobile apps to websites etc.

The interface could be better - some things are not easy at first glance (like getting into certain modules). We have been able to use this software since we started using our service provider's digital agency so there is nothing new or impressive about its capabilities compared with other tools out now. This program does what it says and makes us more efficient than any previous programs did without being too difficult to learn how to work within their system.
