Bought a jacket for my wife. She bought it online and said she wanted it for Christmas. When she arrived she found the jacket too tight in the shoulders and arms. She said she loves the look of the item but not sure if swapping for the next size up would help. She was concerned that everyone thought the fit might be improving in the shoulder/arms and worse elsewhere. We decided to return the product and buy a coat from a local store.
