Review on EUREKA Gonzo Grill System Color by Matt Simpsons

This is a very versatile little grill. We needed a very small one for our tiny caravan. I love that it has cast iron surfaces which makes it more durable and cooks food more evenly. I've used the flat side for grilling cheese and sautéing vegetables, and the grill side for grilled meat. The open flame oven mitt then allows the kettle or coffee pot to be heated. It's small so it won't feed a horde, but big enough for one or two. Surfaces take a little longer to heat up as they are heavier. But it's not cheap stuff. I like cleaning better. The base is removable to wash in the sink and you can even add water while cooking to make cleaning even easier. My old Road Trip Grill had this feature and I missed it. I am very happy that I bought this grill. There is a cover but no cover. It has handles and no carry case would be a nice addition.
