I was hesitant to purchase this shirt after some reviews said it doesn't fit well, the placket is studded and the tie is missing. The shirt I received is perfect in every way. It's made from a very nice cotton-polyester blend, which is dominated by cotton. The neck and sleeve measurements are exactly the same as on the label. There are both buttons and holes for rivets. The plastic rivets that come with the shirt will work in a pinch if you have a set of rivets. The bow tie was included and is quite nice.
