I've only recently got this hub but so far it's working great. The slim design does not take up much space. The on/off buttons are practical. I wish the USB connection cable was a bit longer, but that would be enough for most people. Some may find the blue lights on unless you manually turn them off where they're plugged in to distract attention when used in the bedroom, while others find them a soothing night light. All in all it seems to be a very good product.

Very fast data transfer, easy setup. Just plug in and get started. I like separate on/off switches for each port. The charging port is great as it doesn't take away any of the 7 data ports. I use my computer to record music and I have many tools and add-ons that connect via USB. This allows me to have all devices connected and not switch between them on the go!

It makes my life so much easier! My new laptop only has 1 USB port. I had to connect a wireless mouse, watch charger, phone charger and other things. Now everything is there and nothing else is switched off. It also comes with its own power cord to conserve your laptop's battery. When the power went out I was still able to use it with the rest of the laptop battery.

I was so pleasantly surprised to discover that devices that used to need to be plugged directly into my computer due to their power requirements can now be done with this one USB hub work great. Saves me time and nerves when connecting and disconnecting. I've had numerous USB hubs because I'm an online designer. My last one fell out after 3 years and I thought ok not a bad run. Installed immediately upon arrival. There were two additional port expanders with no power and sometimes my printer would not work. I unplugged it and tried to get it working most of the time by plugging it back in, same goes for my USB speakers. Disconnect and reconnect your speakers. I was running out of USB ports that could work with my computer and wanted to charge my phone and also have multiple USB ports. Although I don't use an on/off switch, the plug-in option is handy as some devices tend to draw more power than they need. load. Looks very nice on the table. I like the ability to disable individual ports. Good size for desktop use but compact enough for long trips. I use with laptop and docking station. Limited ports and few peripherals like headphones, mouse transmitter, keyboard, etc. It plugs into the docking station, eliminating the need for cables or flash drives on the sides of the laptop or having to reach back to access the docking stations.
