Benefits are cost and fit- both of these things are great. Durability is not as great as the actual simple human bags, but this is solved by filling the bag to about 90-95% full and not packing down. Initially we were filling these garbage bags the same way we would with a simple human one (packed in and full to the top), but when taking the bag out we would notice the bag ripping.
