I am 5'6" and about 190 pounds. A curvaceous, middle-aged woman was looking for a beautiful dress for her daughter's wedding. So many mother of the bride options too ugly for my liking. This dress fit like a glove and was the perfect length. I like how it covers my shoulders because I'm embarrassed about them. It's a little sexy, but mostly classy and elegant. I have received many very enthusiastic compliments on this dress. The price was excellent. The fabric is a light, comfortable jersey. Size 16 fits me well but not too tight. I can literally pull this dress over my head. It's a timeless classic so can be worn over and over again and packs away easily if I ever need to take it on a trip.
