Well made and not too loud
Tried others but this one lasts a lot longer than the cheaper brands. I use this 5 days a week for several hours on low to medium power; The shoulder blade flows down my neck. This relieves tension in this area. The only negative is that it gets hot after a while but keeps working, I have a second when I kill this one. For the average user you have to be happy and that can take forever.
