These are really cool pants! They are very comfortable and not scratchy or itchy. Quality and craftsmanship seem to be pretty good. Tag says, "COTTON&SPANDEX", but listing says "polyester" too. I don't think there is much for cotton in them though as they have some shine to them and they don't have that cottony feel. So more likely just polyester and spandex (just my thoughts). But I wouldn't let that stop anyone from purchasing them as they are still a pretty good quality.The pair I purchased is a LARGE and the fit around the waist is perfect with or without the string ties. The length is a few cm long, but is cuffed so 'tis Ok. I am 5ft 5in tall and weigh 147lb. I normally wear a waist 30-32 in mens pants and length about 30. So, sometimes I'm a square. The rest of the times I'm just a normal nerd. The only problem I have with the pants is that the seams separate some of the equations rendering them unsolvable! 😄
