As an ordinary t-shirt, it has some nice moments. This is a very light fabric, as you can see light will pass through it. However, it is not thin like many lightweight shirts, it stretches well and has good tear resistance. The color is bright and of good quality, even after a few washes. The grommets on the cords look like they will hold up, which is an issue I've had with some hoodie-style shirts. The fabric is also nice to the touch, comfortable and smooth. I can't stand rough shirts, so that's a big bonus. i'm really tall About 240 lbs 5ft 6in and ordered 3X. It's a bit generous for me, I'm sure 2X would have been enough. means you want a looser fit, but if you want a little tighter you can go at least one size down. I will say that due to the lightness of this shirt you will need an undershirt if you have trouble with it. Sometimes the nipples show through, but no more than most t-shirts. I like it very much and might buy another pair.
