Didn't hold my teeth.
I used to use strips. I wasn't expecting the kind of answer they gave me. After 5 seconds I choked. I tried to breathe through my mouth - in vain. I threw up. I had to pull them out but it wasn't easy, they are thick and sticky. I do not recommend. Bad experience.
