I was so scared to buy the 184 set because some reviews said they didn't receive the full set. I have everything! Yes, it took me a while to organize them, but I have them all. Does it come in small plastic bags, maybe 12 bags? But thankfully they placed them appropriately to make it easier for us like how uppercase letters were stored in one pack, lowercase ones in one pack etc etc. containers next to the bead section. They were super cheap! Each container has 35 slots and I used masking tape to mark the letter for each slot. One container is for uppercase letters and symbols, the other for lowercase letters and numbers. This made organizing those brass letters a lot easier. So just order those brass letters and then head over to Joanne or Michaels and get your containers ready so you'll be ready when the letters arrive.
