This system has many problems. The low price is too good to be true. You get what you pay for. 1) Ever since I started using HDMI connections, changing inputs sometimes causes the soundbar software to crash and/or your system to emit a deafening buzz and squeak. The only way to fix the accident is to unplug it from the outlet and then plug it back in. Now I also occasionally have loud subwoofer hits. It sounds like something is banging against your wall from the outside. 2) Mention of "4k" in promotional literature is misleading. The soundbar does not go through 4k HDR. You'll need a dual-output 4k Blu-ray player to stream audio to the soundbar and video directly to your TV. 3) Regardless of the input selection, the subwoofer constantly crackles. The louder the bass at a given moment, the louder the crackle. According to research, this is a common problem with this system, and a common problem with a Bluetooth-connected subwoofer in general. I bought this system, returned it and am now on my second. Upstairs for me. I want home theater to be easier.
