I have neuropathy and nerve pain in both legs and atrophy of the fat pads. These shoes make all day work easier and even allow you to walk around the theme park all day without excruciating pain. Fits as expected, in 14x width it's hard to find a good shoe. So glad I found them and will be ordering a few more pairs soon so I don't have to worry about them disappearing!
