I wanted to buy another copy of these tweezers because I liked the first one I bought. The ones I just received are very different (for the worse) from the first ones. Shorter body (worse grip), shorter edge (loss of functionality), smaller edge angle (limited accessibility for accessing hard-to-reach places), less springy action in the "legs”, there are traces of rough grinding on the edges , but only on one side (unprofessional look) the edge on top looks dull (I liked the original because it was so pointy and sharp) and the new ones didn't have a rubber cap to protect the edges. In terms of production and functionality, this certainly looks like a defective item or a manufacturing defect. Too bad that neither the manufacturer nor the seller took care of it. If this is the intended new design I have to say it has changed for the worse. I don't like this product but there don't seem to be any returns. I can't even message the seller directly. How do I find a solution?
