Some projects may require more resources compared to others depending upon size and complexity involved within those tasks. Our clients were able to track progress easily without needing frequent meetings, therefore I have worked with them for some time now and everything has gone smoothly as expected. They are not very good at all in terms of communication or responsiveness. They do their work but sometimes it takes too long to get things done. Overall, I would say that they are just okay. I think they could improve by providing better customer service and faster turnaround time. I think there's nothing to dislike about this company. They have been reliable and have always delivered what has been promised.
