Great way record and manage document redaction
The ability for me as an individual user, I can add my own personal notes when using this software which will be saved with all other files used by myself within our organization (and others). This helps keep track if any changes have been made without having multiple copies of documents floating around at one time. There are no downsides really but it would help save storage space/bandwidth usage since we use cloud services heavily now-a days due to its benefits such as being able to access anywhere there's internet service available!
Pros
- ;) We've had more than 5 years worth or business processes developed into excel tables already so many people do not recognize what kindof information needs put down hence making them seem lost during training hours
