It was NOT the shoes (the shoes get 3 1/2 STARS), the problem was the RETURNS.
seems too big The problem was part of the RETURN of the whole After returning the item I received a refund for a pair of shoes I REALLY kept (less expensive) and after several attempts to repair The situation (5 weeks of frustration) I was finally refunded the correct amount of the balance due. After reading more reviews I'm not the only one with this problem. I will not buy from this seller again.
