Arrived damaged - the seller does not see any damage in the photo

Despite many bad reviews on this product from this particular seller, I decided to purchase. When I received the item I noticed the bridge was frayed and had lint stuck in it. I have notified the seller who "couldn't see" any damage. I've included a photo of my 649 turtle so you can compare it to the black one I received. The tortoise shell pair has nice clean lines on the bridge while the black pair is frayed with jagged lines. Updated: 10/02/17. The second came with scratches on the case and arms and sent that one back as well. They are absolutely not new and must be defective persol. After buying and returning 2 different pairs I would not recommend it.
