The hair came with a crochet hook and some small colorful cuff ties. The hair had a really bad smell so I had to wash it. I just used warm water, some apple cider vinegar, and conditioner (nothing fancy, courtesy because I love the smell). The hair is very light, easy to style and elastic. I love it and would buy it again. * The twist is sticky and a little tangled, but it's not that bad. Definitely not intended for frequent manipulation/stylization.
