I was afraid it would make my tennis elbow worse.

I have several elbow compression sleeves and they protect my elbow from tennis and golf. When I received this I put it on and within 30 minutes I was in pain just wearing it. I took it off and used different compression sleeves, lit a few matches and all was fine. A few days later I tried again and only played 45 minutes with the ball and I was in a lot of pain and had to stop. I haven't had this much pain with any of the other sleeves. Now I freeze my elbow and arm and wonder what damage I did. I'm in pain and I don't think I can play the rest of the week and wait for the pain to go away.
