I like it a lot, doctors hate it. They will tell you lol. This is pretty accurate and will come in handy on sick days when you keep track of their breathing, sleep period and so on. Well, I wouldn't recommend this for everyday use just because like any other technology it can be inaccurate at times and you're panicking and wondering why it's saying her/his heart rate level is low and so on from my experience. This is a great item, but it can be turned off, so please keep that in mind. 10/10 really helped me get some sleep when the baby was just a baby and like any new mom I was worried about SIDS. When my child had RSV and COVID, the same thing helped me stay sane while I was in the next room. It's a good item to have on hand, but don't rely on it completely because it can cause you psychological damage. You know your child.
