Review on SmartSearch by Shawn Tolbert

The best thing about this product is its ease of use for recruiters who are not technical savvy or new to recruitment software (which I am). It has many features including easy access to candidates as well as allowing you to upload CV's easily which saves time when it comes down to finding suitable CVs within minutes instead of hours like other products do! There were some bugs at first but they have since been fixed so now everything works perfectly fine although sometimes there may be issues with certain fields being blanked out even though information should still exist inside them such as phone numbers etc. However these can usually just simply edit once entered into correct format again. This system allows me quick turnaround times between applicants sending their updated info through social media platforms i.e LinkedIn compared to my previous job application process using paper applications via postbox only took around 2 days before getting contacted back whereas currently takes less than 3 seconds due to speediness offered by SMAART!! The best thing about this software it's so easy to use! I don't have anything bad or good with smart search because they make everything super simple for recruiters just like me who are new into recruitment industry as well not very techy at using technology but still able understand how things work if you know what i mean? We also get more leads now since we started implementing SMARTSEARCH Recruitment System which help us reach out our target market easier than before!!
