Why don't you mention that they aren't certified for use in 2022 and so not covered by the warranty? Is the assurance still valid, and if so, what steps will you take to implement them? The problem has been fixed, the headphones have been returned, and the money has been refunded. Someone messed up the delivery, they stated. The pluses: The headphones themselves are OK and cause no issues, and their packaging is also fine, however they pain to wear for any length of time. The music sounds great, and the call quality is outstanding. Negatives: I didn't think they hurt when I wore them. Because of this, I made sure to test them for at least half an hour before purchasing; after that time, they start to hurt. Millimeter adjustments are useless once they are on properly. I called customer service to see if I could get replacement overlays for them (I had read that doing so would fix the problem; I currently use small ones, but they don't fit and are too hard), but they identified the headphones as being from the United Arab Emirates and saying that they weren't certified until 2022.
