These are the best gloves

I bought these gloves for my granddaughter for Christmas having originally bought them in black for my grandson. They go up to the sleeve of the coat and prevent snow from getting into the glove or sleeves. When he arrived his hands were completely dry. We haven't had snow since we bought them for my granddaughter (no complaints about that) but I'm sure they will work just as well for her as they did for my granddaughter. I also bought tall mittens for my two younger grandchildren.
