Excellent Quality: Dogs

I already have a black rope collar and it is of excellent quality. Wanted a solid blue rope collar as advertised in the picture plus a collar and leash for only $10 you can't find that anywhere. I was a little disappointed to see that the collar wasn't solid blue when I received it although it still looks good on my 8 month old Bully and makes his merle look more alive but I just wish it was solid blue and not blue and black. I like it though and like I said, for $10 it looks and feels more expensive.
