Pros: Does its job well. I hate the way stuffed fruit bowls and grocery bags look in the kitchen. This product helps keep our fruit clutter free and cleans the table and counter top. I love that I can see the fruit so I know how much we have left and I can tell if any of them are spoiled. Displaying fruit also makes them more attractive and more likely to be eaten. You have a lot of fruit! Opinion. This item probably cost a Chinese manufacturer a few dollars to make, and I paid about $40. Crazy! Poorly processed. One basket was warped, which luckily resolved itself when I pushed it into the correct slots to open it. A screw hole was drilled so close to the edge of the metal that it will definitely break at some point. The washer/bolt threads did not turn easily and left an awkward brown film on my hands when reassembling. Strength/durability is questionable. It's very easy. I personally find it ugly. It's designed so you can see all the exposed ends of the screws. This isn't really the look I'm looking for (anyone?). And if you want to hang it on a door instead of a wall, you also have an unused bracket. See photo. It is very deep and can obstruct traffic in our narrow kitchen door. This could be a pro depending on where you hang it as it contains a lot of food. It is so high that it is very difficult for me to reach the wall of the upper basket. My height is 5 feet 5 inches. This is not the product's fault, just something to be aware of. ***UPDATE*** This thing scratched my doors after a few weeks of use and I am very unhappy with it. In any case, be careful when using the option above the door as it moves. Maybe put some of these in the backyard to protect your doors. *** 2ND UPDATE *** The seller emailed me that my rating was affecting the sale and offered a refund to address my complaints. I did not respond but even if I received a refund it would not change my opinion of the product described above nor my 3 star rating. The seller seems more interested in buying a few extra stars than really caring about my satisfaction as a customer. He also stated that his price was comparable or better to similar products on Revain and not overpriced as I would argue. That may be true, but in my opinion the item is still overpriced considering how little it can cost to actually make the item. That means all similar products are overpriced too, not just this one.
