I ordered this for myself to help pack for Uni and thought I should try it first. Coat, 2 men's sweatshirts, 2 long-sleeved knit sweaters and a knit sweater dress - all this only filled the bag to about 2/3 of the volume. (See before and after photos) Advantages: * The hand pump has a screw connection to the bag, so there is no need to carefully hold the pump when inflating * It takes less than 5 minutes to manually deflate the bag * Saves a lot of space ( see photo) Cons: * Emptying a bag by hand was a bit tiring, I think doing several would be tedious (haven't tried an electric vacuum yet) * The bag shrinks as it sheds air, so many Fabrics are likely to become extremely wrinkled * When most of the air comes out, the pump will start beeping very loudly.
