I'm trying this belt out for the second time. The first lasted almost a month before the metal part twisted. Once a piece of metal twists, it doesn't stop and only gets worse. The problem with twisting a piece of metal is that when you twist, you lose compression on the joint. - This means you lose the benefit of wearing it. Still, this belt was a life saver! It took away my pain so much that I was willing to buy a new one every month, so I ordered a second one. I was so excited and happy to have the belt back but this one twisted after only 2 days of wearing. It's just unwise to order a new $20 belt every other day. I also don't understand why the small belt is more expensive than the other sizes.
