This is for a knight style boys birthday party where the recipient specifically requested a dragon. I found this and plan to give the kids a wooden sword to slap (under close supervision of course). These things usually can't be broken by random gentle smacks from 4-6 year olds, so adults will likely show up too. :) But even if it breaks right away or you have to cut it, you can still hang up a cute dragon for decoration.
