This speaker doesn't produce much bass, but it is clear and loud. It's also lightweight and the handle makes it easy to carry. It's also easy to connect as it has NFC. It uses 4 AA batteries, which I worried about at first (having spent lots of dollars on batteries), but I bought one of these on Black Friday (2013) and have been using it pretty much every day since (mind you, for short bursts). ) and the batteries replaced once. It also includes an AC adapter, which is handy if you're listening to music at home in a stationary position near an outlet. I also like that it includes a line in option. Although I mostly stream music to the device, it's nice to have an AUX option. I haven't tried many bluetooth speakers but this one is high quality; Couple that with its low price and you've got a deal.
