I bought two different reading pillows: this one is far superior.
I use this "pillow" to work from my laptop on my bed and it is extremely comfortable. I purchased a different one (much more expensive) that was far too rigid in the arm rest area so I couldn't comfortably move my arms and elbows. I really really love this one. (I'm petite; only 5'2" so don't know if that comes into play.)

- It was comfortable but could use more padding for support so that it stays firmer.
- The neck roll may not provide enough support for some users
