Review on πŸ’† Rechargeable Vibrating Massage Ball for Trigger Points Therapy - Deep Tissue Massager for Myofascial Release, Back Pain, Foot Massage - Muscle Massager Lacrosse Ball with 4 Speed Settings - Compact Sphere Massage Ball by Anita Barlow

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Exactly as pictured. Effective acupressure. 4 speeds.

This is a special massager similar to vibrating foam rollers. This massage ball has wavy ridges that combine with vibrations to provide a more localized massage. The ball is easy to use. The power button is on the underside. Pressing the power button once activates the massage ball. Pressing again switches on the first speed. Subsequent presses switch to second and third speeds. The fourth option is stencil vibration. The next time you press the power button, it will turn off again. Thus, controlling and accessing vibration modes is easy. The bullet's body is made of silicone rubber, which is hard but not rigid. This is a high quality silicone material. The battery capacity is 2500 mAh, which is quite a lot for this size. It takes 2-4 hours to fully charge an empty battery. They estimate the runtime to be one hour at maximum speed. So if you use a lower speed, you have to expect longer runtimes. I respect the company for offering the lowest uptime terms rather than disappointing users with inflated uptime estimates. (The charging connector is a self-healing silicone connector/hole. You can see it in some of the attached photos. It is located to the right of the bottom red lightbulb at the base/underside of the sphere. You push the connector through the silicone to charge until it fully inserted. When you remove the connector, the silicone "closes" to restore the waterproof condition.) A friend tested it on the ground and said it works great. It's similar to a form of acupressure, where the weight of your body is placed on a vibrating ball. She finds it very effective and a great complement to the vibrating foam roller. Based on these observations, the massage ball meets expectations. It gets a rating of 4.25 to 4.5 stars with a high recommendation.
