I haven't owned it for a year and the back is loose
I've not even owned this chair for 1 year and the back is loose, the armrests feel loose even though all the screws are tight, the back of the chair feels loose. I've tried contacting product support and everything I get works. I'm not really satisfied with this chair, I think I spent too much on it and received an under-delivered product. I should have just bought the chair I sat in at Costco, at least I know over 100 people have sat in it and it's still durable. not happy about it at all. If product support sees this please contact me.
