I'm a fairly advanced seamstress, I used to have my own tailor shop. That's why I sew from almost every imaginable material. Some, like leather and vinyl, can be VERY difficult to sew, even with IDT on a Pfaff sewing machine. The grippy surface resistance of these materials causes problems.
