We live in an area that stays hot and humid most of the year. These types of shirts are ideal because they are cooler than shirts made from fabrics like piqué cotton (must be folded and not allowed to cool) - they are more resistant to hooks than cotton. They usually last a lot longer than cotton because the material is harder to break. This shirt is well tailored and good enough to be considered business casual. The color is gorgeous (okay, it might not be exactly how my wife would describe it, but trust me, it's gorgeous). It is very practical and the price is surprisingly low.
