My first order I received was used and all scratched and dirty, I had to call Amazon customer service to set up a replacement only to get another used item, no shipping in original packaging, just plain cardboard wrapped in bubble wrap, didn't want to bother with returns again so I cleaned and tried it, not the best but it works. The mist that comes out is so low that it keeps the sweat up, which after a while tends to run down the sides and leave puddles under the car, requiring me to constantly wipe up the water from underneath every hour or so. Definitely not recommend installing on a wooden table or dresser. It's not easy to charge, but it lasts a full day or two before needing a recharge. I can't say that the difference between low and high settings seems to be the same on both. Wouldn't buy again.
