Perfect height. Recently I noticed that I was starting to slouch a little more often and I hardly noticed it until I started suffering from back pain. I used this mainly because I needed something that would not only keep me from bending over my computer for hours, but also keep my computer from overheating. The assembly is very simple. Simply connect the three pieces together, no screws required. I use a 2012 MacBook Pro 13" model and it fits perfectly and doesn't slide at all! Amazing and worth buying! 👍
