Review on Speechless Girls Allover Tiered Dress by James Beird

I ordered a size 14 for my petite 13 year old girl. She normally fits a size 12 but I wanted a little bigger so she could grow into it and wear it next year. So I ordered 14 pieces. To my surprise they were too short. It reached her mid-thigh. I sent it back and ordered a size 16. 16 fits her perfectly. It hit her right in the knees where the dress should have fitted. This is a really beautiful dress and it suits her perfectly. Ordered dark blue. It was the right dress for a funeral service.
