Review on NASHALYLY Womens Elastic Pleated Chiffon by Tina Webb

Bought this for a suit and should have ordered larger as it was the last one in the color I wanted. I figured it wasn't a problem, I sew to accommodate just a few inches. When it got here it was a lot bigger than I expected, but it still fit my waist just enough because of the elastic. The material is really nice, better than I expected, it's the length as described, high waisted and overall very cute. I don't normally wear skirts like this (or skirts like that), but after trying them on and twirling them around a few times, I'm definitely considering buying a few more different colors.
