I regret to say that my time spent browsing at HAIRGINKGO left me feeling very let down and disappointed overall. Even though they have an impressive assortment of hair extensions and wigs, the quality of the products themselves is not very good. The synthetic hair strands are prone to tangling and can be difficult to manage, and the wigs do not fit very well. In addition, the outcomes that were promised by their hair care products were not delivered, and the products left my hair feeling dry and damaged. I, too, found it difficult to navigate their website, and the customer support team was of little assistance in resolving the problems I was having. Overall, HAIRGINKGO is not a store that I would recommend patronizing.
