The ability for us as an agency to be able to see our ROI, which is something that we haven't been able to do in past campaigns without using third party platform like AdRoll or Google's own analytics tool. We have also seen some nice improvements with reporting this year compared to last years products. There are definitely ways they could improve their customer service but I think overall it has improved over recent months. It hasn't always worked perfectly so just keep testing different things out! Their support team can sometimes take longer than expected to respond (which isn't ideal). Using SMB helps me track my clients' performance across all of our channels quickly & easily - giving them insights into how well each campaign performed within minutes.
